13. User Content
13.1 What is User Content
User Content includes all content that you submit, post, upload, or otherwise make available on Oiko.jp, such as product reviews, ratings, questions, answers, photos, videos, comments, seller profiles, and any other content.
13.2 Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the User Content you provide. You represent and warrant that your User Content is accurate, lawful, and does not violate these Terms or any applicable laws or third-party rights.
13.3 License to Oiko
By submitting User Content, you grant Oikotechno Japan K.K. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display your content in connection with operating, promoting, and improving Oiko.jp.
13.4 Content Standards
User Content must not be illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, misleading, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate. We reserve the right to remove or edit content that violates these standards or is otherwise inconsistent with our policies.
13.5 Reviews and Ratings
Reviews and ratings must be based on your genuine experience. We do not allow fake, incentivized, or manipulated reviews. We may remove reviews that we believe are not authentic or that violate our policies.
13.6 Feedback, Questions, and Other Submissions
If you submit suggestions, ideas, or other feedback, you agree that we may use them without obligation or compensation to you.
13.7 Content Removal
We may, at our sole discretion, remove or restrict access to any User Content at any time, with or without notice, if we believe it violates these Terms or is harmful to our community.
