12. Gift Cards
12.1 About Oiko Gift Cards
Oiko gift cards are prepaid value instruments that can be used to purchase eligible products and services on Oiko.jp. Gift cards are issued by Oikotechno Japan K.K. or its authorized partners and are subject to these Terms.
12.2 Types of Gift Cards
We offer digital gift cards delivered by email or in your account and physical gift cards delivered by mail or sold through authorized retailers. Gift cards may be available in various denominations and designs, as specified on the site.
12.3 Purchase and Activation
Gift cards can be purchased on Oiko.jp or through authorized channels. Digital gift cards are activated upon purchase. Physical gift cards are activated at the time of purchase or as otherwise stated.
12.4 Using Gift Cards
Gift cards can be used at checkout to pay for eligible items. A gift card balance may be used together with other payment methods. If the order total exceeds the gift card balance, you must pay the remaining amount with another accepted payment method.
12.5 Balance and Expiry
The remaining balance can be checked in your account or during checkout. Unless otherwise required by law, gift cards do not expire. We may set an expiry date for promotional gift cards, which will be shown at the time of issue.
12.6 Restrictions
Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or other gift cards, except as required by applicable law. Gift cards may not be resold, transferred for value, or used for fraudulent purposes. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards.
12.7 Refunds and Cancellations
Gift card purchases are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or in cases of our error. If a gift card is defective or not received, please contact our Help & Support page.
