Terms of ServiceOiko.jp

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your country or region, whichever is higher, to create an account and use Oiko.jp. If you are under the applicable age, you may use Oiko.jp only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.

2.2 Legal Capacity

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law. Oiko.jp is not intended for use by persons who are prohibited from receiving products or services under the laws of Japan or any other applicable jurisdiction.

2.3 Location

Oiko.jp is primarily intended for customers in Japan. We may also make certain products or services available to customers in other countries or regions. Your access to and use of Oiko.jp must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your country or region.

2.4 Prohibited Users

You may not use Oiko.jp if you:

• are located in a country or region where the use of Oiko.jp or the purchase of products through our marketplace is prohibited by law;
• have been suspended or removed from Oiko.jp unless you have our permission to return;
• are a competing marketplace or scraping service without our prior written consent; or
• are otherwise prohibited from using Oiko.jp under applicable law.

2.5 Business Users and Sellers

If you register as a seller or use Oiko.jp for business purposes, additional terms (such as the Seller Agreement) will apply. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it up to date.
