3. Accounts and Security
3.1 Creating an Account
To use certain features of Oiko.jp, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your information up to date.
3.2 Your Account
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including orders, payments, reviews, messages, and any other actions taken through your account, whether or not you authorized the activity.
3.3 Keeping Your Account Secure
You must keep your account credentials (such as your email address and password) confidential and take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access. You should not share your account with any other person.
3.4 Unauthorized Use
If you become aware of, or reasonably suspect, any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify Oiko immediately and take appropriate steps to secure your account.
3.5 Account Information
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, including your name, email address, phone number, and shipping addresses. Incorrect information may affect your ability to use Oiko.jp or receive orders and communications.
3.6 Multiple Accounts
You may not create multiple accounts for the purpose of avoiding restrictions, abusing promotions, manipulating reviews, or engaging in any other activity that violates these Terms.
3.7 Account Closure
You may close your account at any time through your account settings. Oiko may also close or suspend accounts in accordance with Section 16 (Suspension and Termination).
