9.1 Return Eligibility

Items must be unused, in the same condition and original packaging, unless otherwise stated (e.g., defective or incorrect items). Certain products, such as personalized items, perishable goods, and digital products, may not be eligible for returns.

9.2 How to Request a Return

You can request a return through your Oiko.jp account. Follow the instructions to select the reason for return, print the return label (if provided), and ship the item to the address specified. Please ensure the item is packaged securely.

9.3 Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the buyer or seller depending on the reason for return (e.g., defective, incorrect, or change of mind) and as stated in the product page or our policies.

9.4 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method or Oiko Points, as applicable. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

9.5 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our Help & Support page as soon as possible. We may request photos or additional information and will work with the seller to provide a replacement, refund, or other resolution.

9.6 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally non-returnable, unless they are defective or incorrect:

• personalized or custom-made items;
• perishable goods (e.g., food and beverages);
• digital products and gift cards; and
• items marked as “Final Sale” on the product page.
