5. Products and Sellers
5.1 Marketplace Model
Oiko.jp is a multi-seller marketplace. Many products are sold by independent sellers. Oiko provides the platform, technology, and certain support services to connect buyers and sellers, but (unless otherwise stated) Oiko is not the seller of the products listed on the marketplace.
5.2 Seller Responsibility
Sellers are solely responsible for their products, including product information, pricing, availability, quality, safety, legality, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Sellers must provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date.
5.3 Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product information on Oiko.jp is accurate, but we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, specifications, prices, or other content are complete, accurate, or error-free.
5.4 Prohibited Products
You may not list, sell, purchase, or attempt to purchase any products that are illegal, unsafe, counterfeit, infringing, or otherwise prohibited under these Terms or applicable laws. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to, counterfeit goods, restricted or regulated products, and items that may harm consumers or violate applicable export or import laws.
5.5 Seller Verification
Oiko may verify sellers and require documentation as part of our onboarding and compliance processes. Verified sellers may be identified on Oiko.jp. Verification does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of all products.
5.6 Issues with Products or Sellers
If you have a problem with a product or a seller, please contact us through the Help & Support page. We may assist with communication between you and the seller and, where applicable, apply our A-to-Z protection or other buyer-protection measures in accordance with these Terms.
