22. General Provisions

These Terms, together with our other policies and any additional terms referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Oiko.jp regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether written or oral.
22.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
22.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by us.
22.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
22.5 No Third-Party Beneficiaries
These Terms are for the benefit of you and Oiko.jp only, and do not create any third-party beneficiary rights.
22.6 Headings
Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect the meaning or interpretation of these Terms.
22.7 Language
These Terms are primarily written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between versions in different languages, the English version shall prevail.
