Version 2.4.1 (International)These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Oiko Japan platform. By interacting with our curated journals or purchasing from our marketplace, you agree to these established standards of conduct and trade.
Important: Language Policy
This agreement is provided in English and Japanese. In the event of a discrepancy between the translations, the Japanese version shall prevail for transactions originating in Japan, and the English version shall prevail for all international transactions.

Oiko Japan operates as a curated intermediary platform connecting independent Japanese artisans and designers with global enthusiasts. We facilitate the discovery, purchase, and logistical arrangement of lifestyle goods, but are not the primary manufacturer unless explicitly stated.

Users must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate our community standards or engage in fraudulent activity.
3. Purchase & Orders

All orders placed through the platform are subject to availability and acceptance. Prices are displayed in the user's local currency or JPY, depending on settings, and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. Payment & Security

We accept major credit cards, digital wallets, and regional payment methods. Payments are processed through encrypted gateways. Oiko Japan does not store full credit card numbers on its own servers.
5. Delivery & Shipping
