10. Oiko Points
10.1 About Oiko Points
Oiko Points is our loyalty program that lets you earn points through eligible purchases, campaigns, and other activities. Points can be used to get discounts on future purchases on Oiko.jp, subject to these Terms.
10.2 Earning Points
You can earn Oiko Points through product purchases, promotional campaigns, reviews, referrals, and other eligible activities. The number of points you earn and the eligibility criteria will be specified in the relevant promotion or activity terms.
10.3 Using Points
Oiko Points can be applied at checkout to receive a discount on eligible items. Points cannot be used for certain products, shipping fees, taxes, or other charges, as specified during checkout or in the promotion terms.
10.4 Point Value
The value of Oiko Points may vary by campaign. The applicable point-to-discount value will be clearly shown at checkout or in the promotion details. Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, credit, or gift cards.
10.5 Point Expiry
Oiko Points may expire after a certain period of inactivity or as specified in a promotion. Expiry dates will be shown in your account. We may change the validity period of points with prior notice.
10.6 Point Adjustments
We may add, deduct, or adjust points in cases of order cancellation, returns, fraud, abuse, or errors. We also reserve the right to revoke points that were obtained through prohibited or fraudulent activities.
10.7 Program Changes
We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Oiko Points program, or change the terms and conditions, at any time with prior notice. Continued use of Oiko Points after changes are effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
