19. Limitation of Liability
19.1 No Indirect or Consequential Damages
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Oiko.jp, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the platform, products, or services.
19.2 Aggregate Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms, your use of Oiko.jp, or any products or services purchased through Oiko.jp, will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount paid by you to Oiko.jp in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) 10,000 Japanese Yen (JPY).
19.3 Third-Party Liability
We are not liable for the actions, products, services, content, or policies of third parties, including sellers, payment providers, shipping carriers, or external websites. Any disputes with third parties should be resolved directly with them.
19.4 Service Availability
We do not guarantee that Oiko.jp will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from downtime, technical issues, or service interruptions.
19.5 Certain Jurisdictions
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain types of damages. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
19.6 Your Sole Remedy
Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with Oiko.jp or any product or service is to stop using the platform, subject to any applicable refund rights under our Returns & Refunds policy.
