1. How to track your order

You can track your order in multiple ways:

From the “Your Orders” page in your account.
Click Track Package on the order card.
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
Paste your tracking number on the carrier’s website.

2. Understanding order status

Here are the most common order statuses:

Status	What it means
Processing	We've received your order and are preparing it.
Shipped	Your order is on the way to you.
In Transit	Your package is with the carrier.
Out for Delivery	Your package is out for delivery.
Delivered	Your package has been delivered.
Cancelled	Your order was cancelled.
Returned	Your return is in progress.
